Actually I just got my 100 gems back. They want you to give up, so they make you go through a certain process before. Whenever they tell you they can't do something, it's not true.

I wish my Guildy could get her Cloak back. It is obviously a problem with the inventory because there is a discrepancy in the number of used slots to the number displayed on the notom of the screen. It is not that is hiding behind another item (in that case it shows that there are more used slots that the ones that are displayed with items in them), it is that the program lost track of it because there are fewer used slots that are displayed with items in them that what the count says there should be.
This thread seems to serve no purpose but to personally attack a hard working member of our customer service staff. Please knock it off.
