I would just like to also add that a Resistance rune did NOT decrease the damage done by the sorcerers or boss. Also, a level 9 messiness rune had an insignificant(~300) damage reduction from all spells. The only thing I see helping this fight is damage, health, dodge, and more damage.
Your runes need upgrading. Level 9 won't cut it, I'd say 11+. This is an advanced boss so it will of course take more prep. Resistance runes do reduce the damage but you need the runes, gear and talent to compliment it.
You haven't said what your Third Eye talent is, but I would reckon level 85+.
I did a test with removing gear and runes and you would need a significantly high magic defense (40k++) to see even a small change in the amount of damage reduction. Also, if a resistance rune reduces damage, why is it that the damage is the exact same with it on and with it off?

Resistance effects vary against specific skills. You can clearly see it's effects through PvP because players set the level resistance rather than the computer in PvE battles, it still help albeit not as much.
Also 140k HP might be a tad low.

With and without Resistance. I understand that it does reduce the damage of specific skills, like I stated, but in this case, it does not. 140k HP is low? How much HP did the person who just beat it have? 152k as the highest? Well, my pent has 150k, yet this is still not happening. Guess I have to level all nimbleness to 11/12.
