How and where do you get hero cards?
1. Fair
2. By shuffling a hero in the Tavern whom you've already recruited.
I did that but am not getting the card am also not getting material drops either
The hero card you have to buy from the tavern just like you would any hero. BTW only the purple and golden heroes have cards.
...championship warfare tickets, card broker, infrequently the arena...
We could write a book about hero cards if we had better educational illustrations. We have so many great heroes - starting with Jeanne D' Arc, Lancelot du Lac, Genghis Khan, Prophet Ezekiel, Knight Percival, Vipsanius Agrippa, Themistocles, Queen Cleopatra ... pick any five and you have a slim book that's fun to learn to read and educational...
Or, for those who like the adult kind of experience, If we could get a more consistent mature audiences experience, we could get a lingerie line... it's just that keeping both audiences thrilled with one game is not going to happen.
The hero cards illustrations seem to be a mixed deck. I was told basically to take a hike, nobody wanted to be confused with facts. Guess that I'll wait for the thing to go back to beta. Hopefully tynon.com will not go the way of games like ultima online.
Tynon.com has got a lot of potential. We need a little bit of help from administrators, "responsible" super-users, in order to get it there. I'd love to tell you that I got a lot done, and enjoyed a few interviews with some folks who know all about Medieval History and Warfare, maybe at some time in the future I will, as the boss just does not think tynon.com is a worthy cause to further develop to be educational. So, instead, I am recommending that we go offline and concentrate on simpler, less expensive tasks, ones that are sure to generate immediate profitability, while slowly developing tynon.com and capitalizing on the "nostalgia" aspect.
The cards are shuffled and r hard to get
You can not get a Leader card, if that is what you are talking about, in the Tavern. The only places I know is the Arena, the casino, the Card Merchant (but I have been told that it has never happened on a free draw), buying it at the Fair with Gems, the CWF Ticket exchange (with Tickets, of course), the Labyrinth shop with Tokens, or buying it in a package with real money (US Dollars).
Hero cards (not leader) are not available from the Arena or from packages (except for Maria that is available on the special holiday package). The are available from all of the other above sources. In addition you can also get them at the tavern (either buy flipping a Hero's card and buying it with credits or using Spirits by clicking on "Redeem") and Heaven Place (but only the original heroes) as level a completion prize.
I've gotten a leader card from casino on a free draw.
Thought question on hero cards.
If anyone has done stats on this, or can think of a way to do stats.
Is it worth bothering to go back in royal challenge and get heroes I do not intend to ever develop, because perhaps with more on the queue there will be more
redeem tokens on tavern tuesday.
Or:
Is it a poor choice, because the same number of winning spins will happen, but now, more cards will randomly be wrong heroes one might be able to recruit?
Or, of course, something else I have not thought would be the result.
its worth it in that, the more heroes you recruit from royal challenge, the better your rewards will be from the shrine (increase up to 78%)
actually you get the shrine bonus when u defeat the hero in royal challenge for the first time not when u recruit them.
If u are never going to use a hero, I wouldn't go back and try to win them, this is especially true of the purple heroes because there is not the same need to get them built up to transfer to newer heroes(or at least we hope) and there are so many that the chances of winning a purple hero card you actually use is already small enough.
