Wow, pretty cool!! :D
Well i see a new patch i live now ,
1) Arena icon changed and the way the gem stakes were shared is also changed.
2) Arena is server wide and not Realm wide :)
3) New mount WindRunner - 2B Coins and 30k gems.
Will update more.
So the huge players with the big leads get bigger leads in the one arena and all of us who left the big alliance realm to get away from them coulda saved our gems
We are just here as fodder for the coiners anyways right?

Looks like it is for the top 10 of every realm?
I had 100 gems going in and they were shared multiple times.
Some were able to take my stakes twice and get 50 gems each time.
I still got my 100 by taking them back each time.
This did cause a fail to sync error and was confusing as for some it showed still owned and for others it showed I claimed them back.
After the fail to sync, I could no longer see if someone was holding it, even if they were.
Curious to hear more.

we'll, it is now impossible to catch up, even more so, so not a lot of point playing any more. Have fun guys, but without me I am afraid. there is no pint playing unless you start on new server opening day
If you hang back in arena where no one can drop back your fine, just use strategy. Looks like everyone will cry and they will change it back. I'd say they should have 2 arenas but that wouldn't make you happy because in one you would lose gems the other you would keep them, so they need two games, Tynon and Crybaby Tynon, which do you think you would play??
Thanks to whoever for now ruining arena. Before this realms could switch out spots and help people grow. Now 1 person (the biggest coiner of the server) is not only going to take everything but he's going to be getting a lot of gems off everyone else, making him even stronger and giving those who casually coin or never coin no chance at all.
If the goal is to completely ruin this game, congratulations, this is a big step toward that.
Looks like the patch is not completely live . there are changes happening in arena a bit confusing but its us who will have to figure out what patch they introduced. i don't see a patch notes or email sent out for this.
Does any one know how the 10 statues for HP will be selected?
look's to me that it is the top 10 from each relm so why are the rest of you crying
Not for another 4 hours Andy, Asian servers enter Saturday in 4 Hours from now.
so server 2 basically has 6 arenas? i think new quests and new hr would have been a better use of time...but what do i know :)
on a plus tho...arena rewards went up considerably

A way to get some value back when you scrap a Mount would be great yes. But tbh... its not really suprising that they made new and better mount, you can only blame yourself for not waiting imo :-p (well im in the same boat). And there will be better mounts in later patches aswell...
Looks like you have to make it to the top 10 for the ultimate arena to unlock, gotta wait till tomorrow to see if it keeps you there, it it goes back to normal that can be your strategy to stay safe, but no mail from tynon, lol so who knows yet
Mic, People will complain about anything. YOu know it. I am curious as to what if any arena etiquette happens on server 1. You and I both know this is better. I mean seriously me and spec could farm top 6 all day in our arena if we chose to. But we never did. Its all people in our guild. ANd I think most realms were the same way. YOu didnt farm your guildies. Now its not your guildies in top 6 any more. Is booo gonna farm me all day, and I farm him back? Is shy gonna farm me and I farm her back? Or are we all gonna be polite and not farm each other, only fight over the higher spots? This is seriously interesting. And the higher rewards are very nice. Plus now with all the realms merged you have people to fight in arena closer to your power for a change. And by "you" I mean everyone. There are serious power gaps for many in the old arena. SO that will provide a challenge for some and help them grow.Quote:

seriously, now two others and myself are talking about quitting as well. there are two small guilds ( maybe 7 players each) in the same realm that would share the arena so everyone could progress. now that has been stripped from us and the greedy dickheads from the other realm have already taken away our potential for rewards... thanks, you've just ruined this game further than I thought was possible... REFUNDS? any other defective product can be returned for a refund.... This product IS Defective!

People in my realm lower then top 10 realm arena are not in the ultimate arena.
It is a bit of a slap in the face to now come with the new mount without being able to scrap the investment in the old one and get some coins back through retiring for instance.
The new arena still has major issues with crashing when you retake a stake.
Nice to see some exciting new action though! Hope all the bugs will be fixed soon.
