As you can see, it takes 37500 dragon xp to get the same hp bonus as 24500 wind runner xp.
Anything past that and the wind runner leaves the dragon behind.

Since the Dragon was only introduced a few weeks ago, even if Tynon don't implement an xp-transfer option, you would still come out ahead purchasing a wind runner asap.


I believe the other mounts that was mentioned in the patch notes email are lesser-quality ones, which might have some interesting properties, to be introduced in the future.

Major, Knight-Captain, Knight and Master Sergeant Titles don't have any mounts unlocked with them, thus these are the quality levels I would expect the new mounts to be introduced in.

As it is, the Wind Runner is the mount that Marshall Title unlocks. If ever a higher quality mount is introduced in the future, it would also entail having a new title past Marshall, a new hero to go along with it, etc. That would surely take some time.

I have Just got Marshal my dragon is 3 stars is it worth me saving up to get a windrunner it looks cool but 2b is a lot and if my realm has 1.25bill i get about 40mill coins

If you have all runes maxxed out, and have no other use for coins, the Wind Runner is a good investment for you as you have a 3 star Dragon currently.

A 3 star Wind Runner is equivalent to a 4 star Dragon, both having the same HP bonus.
But the Wind Runner achieves this at a lower xp total.
After this point, the Wind Runner gains better than the Dragon.


Note: the Wind Runner's animation puts the main character too high above the ground in some display resolutions. this makes the main character's head hit the second row of icons from the top, unable to see the character's head, name and title.

i still would like to see this happening and the only reason i am not saving up for a hover-board is coz i would have wasted 1B for my dragon + all feeds so far

I'm also hesitating on getting windrunner in case a better mount will be available in the future (and I don't have nearly enough coins... can't seem to upgrade my banish).

Any news on updates pertaining to mounts Dawnseeker? The updates don't need to be rushed, but it would be nice if the information on the updates are given to us as soon as you get it.

transfer is still beneficial, I wouldn't mind switching from my bear to a dragon or wind runner at some point in the next few months, but not sure if I really want to if I can't transfer. the same thing goes for the horses to leopards to tigers to bears etc. Transfer is great for all levels. You just seem to be concerned with the highest levels.

The more you are putting off buying a Wind Runner, the more those with a Wind Runner now are going to get ahead of you.

Tip: Let go of your attachment to your Dragon and start your Wind Runner training asap.
