I defeated, recruited Prophet Ezekiel and unlock 2nd space substitute.
But today I got bug game. I saw a message : "Defeating Prophet Ezekiel on Royal Duel unlocks 2nd in Substitute" even I have Prophet on my formation.
I sent an email to Tynon with this photo and Tynon replied "Have you defeated this hero yet?"
Too bad. They did not check my photo before they reply.
What should I do now?

That should do it.
Since you got EZ K in your formation, it should be evident you beat it.
Looks like there is something wrong here. I would keep updating the support ticket.
Some times it may take a week to get it fixed, but they will fix it.

Yes, I tried to refresh, clear cache, change browser.

I would reply with a screenshot of your formation and another to showing Ezekiel in your hero window.
As both Riot and Herby have said, keep updating your ticket with evidence and Tynon will fix it. It's clearly some kind of bug that's reset the 2nd sub slot.

Weird. You obviously beat him. Post your ticket # and I'll follow up on this for you.
