You can get safety deposit boxes at the bank. It is a secure place for your valuables. The point is, people understand what a bank is for and it seems like they needed a shorter word for the purpose of display and we don't need to argue over the semantics of a word. Maybe I was too harsh on you and I apologies for that, but you have to admit you were very harsh with your statements about the devs which I think were uncalled for as well. Afterall, #1 is frivolous nitpicking on word semantics, #2 is cosmetic and has other implications.

Has nothing to do with me being a business owner, I don't expect entitlements from a GAME. You were gone, tuff luck, I understand for a medical condition, but they don't put games such as baseball on hold because a player is hurt and they have contracts, unless you have a contract with tynon quit posting multiple threads about this.

Only as defense against Flavius. Morale sancs are okay early on in the game, but pretty useless later on. It would be awesome if it was +15 RETAIN morale. It would be a nice gesture from Tynon to remove it from the game so that we don't have to spend gems to remove it. I think anyone who has a morale sanc would appreciate that.

The decision is Tynon's to make. The facts are:

- The point of this campaign is to encourage players to come back.
- Players are provided with certain means to catch up so that they do not fall behind too much.
- Legolas is back (after 28 days) without being invited by the campaign.
- He can't catch up. He would be in a better situation had he come back 2 days later.

There are valid points on both sides. If I had been gone for a month, I would probably not come back, or I would start on another server.

Tynon needs to decide if it works in the gray zone or in black and white.

on a sidenote and i might be wrong on that but wasnt there something in the in game mechanics where you have a slightly higher damage with the more of a morale you have?

i agree with boo on this one and would like to have the same rewards for not leaving and continue to spend money. also, you can look at it this way: he got sick too early and should have stayed 2 more days. also the guy who was on the news where the bridge collapsed over him should get a do-over and pass it 2 seconds earlier... you getting the point?

You see, this is the problem. You make presumptions. You presumed that uCool made a mistake and implied they didn't have a working brain. However, clearly #1 and #2 were design decisions. If you had said that in your opinion, you disagreed with this design decision, that would have been valid because it's not possible to get everyone to agree on design decisions.

An then what happens with a player that logging in 3 days before you, and then the one 3 days before that, and so on? Do they also get the rewards? There has to be a hard cutoff number of days, otherwise it can creep up to where someone that has not logged on for a few days would get the rewards.

This dang reward is not gonna catch you up after SEVERAL MONTHS, won't even come close.

This is for people that did not log in for over 30 days. Had I been able to log in during that time I wouldn't need the package nor would I care if it was given to people who had been gone for a month because I would know those people won't be catching up to me.

you said it! so it doesnt regard you. it's an incentive to get players back that quit and let them get a another chance to enjoy tynon after all the changes made.
i once caught an earlier plane where i wouldnt think i would make the transfer. then the plane got grounded with tech difficulties. we got moved onto a new plane and the plane that was supposed to take off 2 hours later landed 1 hour before us. point here is: we dont get do-overs and i will be highly disappointed if dawn will give you the package anyways and if he does then i want a package for being loyal and never leaving the game, always paying something and having a good time. i also brought players back before the package thing. players i know from real life where i told them what changed and it actually had become a fun game, to give it another chance and they stayed. now should they be claiming those rewards for them too? maybe everyone should get a reward for leaving 1 month at point in the game?

Like i said earlier to rocco.

The idea of a gift to return to the game is awesome - the implementation was poorly done.

SO why no just make a pack that is say $10 with all that stuff in it
and it only shows for sale if your acct has had 30 days or more inactivity

This way those who do return are more likely to be spenders and put money into the business which is the point of the game

I agreee. Of the 4 players that returned to my Realm min server 7 all 4 quit again within 3 days. They just can not compete.

great idea, i really love this and it's a great source of revenue

@andy we had more than that, all quit and even have one player who returned a few days before the package and is the only one that stayed so far
