Where is that tort lawyer?

I am not a lawyer. It seems to me that if Tynon does not enforce their TOS then the entire TOS should be null and void. It also seems to me that Tynon is violating the contract between Tynon and the players by not doing due diligence and removing or disabling all the cheaters. I think a good tort lawyer could get Tynons attention and maybe then we would see some significant changes. The only downside would be the constant whining from the cheaters.

So you are protesting and calling for legal action on Tynon's own forum.

Hate to tell you this but that is both against the forum rules and immensely rude. Report suspected ToS violators to Tynon support and stop this nonsense.

Also consider this; if they are not being banned then it might just be the case they are not cheating. Not all players who do well in this game are.
