Support ticket bug
I just placed a request via the support tab on the chat box and when I checked my email for the usual auto reply there was none so I thought the ticket was never submitted (could happen busy morning). Anyway I started to put in another ticket and noticed the email address at the top isn't mine it is my son's who plays on the same server. I logged out and back in, refreshed several times and still when I hit the support button it comes up with his email address. Could this be because we use the same wifi modem and how can I correct it?

Or you were still logged into your son's account. Can happen sometimes, just close the window down, log out of any previous accounts you were in then relog your with the details of your account.

Thanks Morgan, tried that several times and it didn't help. Turns out he used my computer earlier this morning because his had a ton of windows updates anyway, I cleared the browser history and all works as it should now.
