Which rune should I level first to 12 for banish form?

Precisness to 12 (for Shayd), or Advantage to 12 (for lance).

I'd say advantage. The double damage starts to show more at level 12 than the stuns.

Thanks. Also, is there any benefit to equipping herja during banish? Does magic attack improve her morale boost at all?

Not at all. Herja can be empty handed if it makes things simpler for you

You should start seeing more crits from even a lvl 11 with lance though, also guessing you already have a lvl 12 venge for em. can get some sweet numbers about 900k for mine though i'm sure others have gotten higher

You start doing crits in banish when you get 141 crit.. And yes vengence and advantage are both good options for lance....

But i recommend a lvl 12 to hit on a stunner insteed, if you dont already have that. :-)
Since banish is all about the stuns.. :-)

while on the topic, is it easier to crit on bigger baals/cerbs than smaller?
as in, does the wb resilience change with hp?
because i have 143 crit on a hero, but never seen it crit on 250m boss
