We simply need a third scheduled world boss event while allowing players to only join two events per day. This will allow players who are stuck in servers with giant monster players, the opportunity to earn their fair share of rewards at least once per day.. while also allowing the super sized players the chance to continue their game and growth without it resulting in a detriment to players in their own guild.
unless you have only 1 major dam dealer doing banish, they would just devide the banish up among them, and earn even more on a daily basis.
You obviously don't share a realm with a player who is 500 million more in power than the 2nd highest player on your entire server.. Believe me, it is a HUGE problem not only for us, but for other guilds/ realms / servers who have to share their game with the ever increasing crowd of CW champ wannabes.Quote:

I am a high power player, 500m +. And I fully agree with what you are saying.
I need to gain (am only a General) 10,000 reps per day.
By trying not to be greedy, I usually put on 40-60% (I do not put on a full 100% buff, depending on number of other players) but I do try to share the reps etc with all in my realm. If I am not doing Banish the others in my realm cannot kill the 250 million and it drops back to the 50 million Cerb/Baal
Maybe that is the exception, but I can get 12000 reps by doing that.

I do random shift work, and quite frequently I am not on during Banish, as the other players in my realm cannot kill the 250 Million boss,
I am always having to reset(so to speak) the boss to 250m.
When I get more then 2 days off in a row I might increase it to 1.25b...
On the face of it it sounds good doesn't it? Trouble is this will just end up with more grief than we started with.
Have 3 Banishes a day, but only allow players to do 2...
The problem here is does anyone know which Banish the biggest hitter(s)will participate in? Well no unless you ask them and then those who can will opt for the minus big hitter slot and those who can't because of school/college/work/walking the dog will then shout "unfair!" because their life commitments means they can't benefit from it. From this alone I can see this forum filling up with complaints that this new (proposed or suggested) system doesn't help them at all and giving unfair advantages to those it does.
And there is also no guarantee that without your heavy hitters you can take a 1.25b Banish down, so you could lose out there too. A 250m gives out far less, cap or not.
So I think the old adage fits this well " if it isn't broke don't try to fix it."

the only real problem i see in it is that it wont work. here is your problem: what you really want is to have the 1.25B banish but if you dont have enough people to do it, it will turn back to the 250m banish. so unless you have a lot of strong players to maintain those, you will most likely get set back to 250 and then bounce between them. this is because usually its balanced just fine already with the strongest players being able to solo/duo the banishes but not being able to move onto the next one because they would loose by time during the rage phase. also the weaker players wouldnt be able to kill it on time without the strongest players.
now to cheer you up a bit, i think you are underestimating the value of the coins in having a bigger banish. for that you have to look at the weaker players who get in the smaller banishes 50k-500k coins and the same player in the bigger banishes 2m coins. now that may not seem a lot to yourself but to them its enough difference to make their days
Its Broken.. it needs to be fixed.. Otherwise i would not be proposing a solution to a non existent problem. On our Server we can get the 1.25 Cerb done with or without Execdude. When Execdude is playing it is defeated in 15 - 20 minutes. When he is not there.. it takes the rest of us 45 - 50 minutes. Asking Exec to not boost just so the rest of us can earn our own resources is NOT FAIR TO HIM. NOR is it fair for us to have a 15 minute Banish where he takes 55% and the rest of us have to split the rest. Exec is strong enough to do an entire 1.25 baal by himself. And it isn't a matter of NOT allowing players to participate in a Banish event.. That is the WRONG way to look at it. We already have 2.. All you would be doing is adding a time option, which also has the added benefit of players being able to do banish on a schedule that better suits their Real life.. instead of having to bend their real life in order to play a game.Quote:

Asking for another Banish so you don't have to compete with Exec is a bit OTT IMHO. There are going to be players in your guild/realm who as I said have life commitments which means they will have no choice but to continue to compete with Exec and to be honest you aren't being very fair to them. If you want more arguments and dissent in your guild then this will surely bring it.
That said, this has been suggested before and nothing has come of it
Before when this was suggested, it was to benefit those with life commitments. Sometimes they need to miss an event or two, and having more events to choose from allows them to schedule their time easier. I can never make banish during the week because of work, if there was maybe another banish with Baal being moved to lunch time and an extra banish to around 4pm, I would then be able to make at least one banish

I like a lot of people work in the day, so we miss out on both of the banish events, I like a lot of other people only ever get to do them at the week end! it would only be fair and proper, if they did put another banish on later in the evening say 10 pm, so that the workers can get to do at least 1 banish a day in the week, it would make a lot of workers very happy, because we can't do the daily ones, we are the ones who are losing out in the game, we pay and play this game too! :)

Look.. this is a problem exacerbated by Tynon whey they created CW and encouraged players to become monstrous enough to even qualify for the semi-finals. Before then, there was no reason to become so ungodly powerful in your own server unless you were directly competing with another player on your own server, in which case it would balance the playing field. Having these Gigantic and powerful players on a server not only ruins Heaven's palace, but it also ruins Ragnarok, and it ruins the average players chances for earning their own resources in Baal and Cerb. I am not the only player in the only realm... in the only server that faces this same problem.. It is blatantly unfair for you to ask me to move to another guild and another realm ... AWAY from a guild that I helped build and create not to mention away from the friends i have made in a game that is supposed to be a SOCIAL game..... just so Tynon doesn't have to do ANYTHING about the mess they created. All you are doing is catering to the handful of players who spend thousands.. and that will be the downfall of this game.. unless you wake up and realize that it is the thousands of people who spend hundreds that are your bread and butter. And when you do nothing to help them.. they will no longer play this game if they are not cared for properly, and are deemed INSIGNIFICANT by YOU.
well the whole banish system is the issue.
Noone should be punished for doing TOO well, or because some else is doing TOO well
SO i ve suggested in the past to do the following
change banish to be like rag
in its own window so you can close it and let it run
regardless of how long it take sa round to visually play out, you get 1 round per minute - so everyone gets the same # of rounds
the boss's hp is infinite for everyone
Then everyone can get the max rewards possible for how good they have built their accts regardless of other players in realm.

2. This is a pvp game, first and foremost.. Competing with other players on so many diffrent events.. So it would always causes the most active/big spenders to strive to be at the top.
3. There are servel other ways to compensate, being on a server with a HUGE player or not being able to attend banish..
- Change realm to where you get more out of banish or change to another server if you cant attend at all, since banish is a key element in a players progress in this game...
- Focus your heroes progress to be better at banish only, it is not hard to become very strong in banish.. Only need to focus on a few things on each hero really..
- Removed
If I could take my current heroes and my guild techs with me and migrate to another server, that would solve this problem for me. I could take my friends who started at the same time and are non or low coiners and all join a server better suited for us. The half dozen super powers in our server could take all their power and go elsewhere too so they could be challenged again. The Ultimate arena is doing that for them a bit but not really doing enough.
I would prefer to see either banish be done by the entire server every time ( with elevated cap ofcourse) or to have a realm event implemented that would counter the advantage some realms have that have lower attendance.
I truly feel that active guilds get duped in the banish events as they are atm for keeping their guilds active and fun.
Now if the bigger banish would be with elevated cap this problem would be solved.
This is what I have been saying for a while now. Increase the cap and open it up to the entire server vs. each realm. Things may be better balanced if this happens on many of the servers. Some high levels are moving to an empty realm just to get more coins which seems excessive considering you have to leave your guild and eventually use gems to come back.Quote:

Asking hundreds of players to switch a realm just to avoid one monster player is simply unfair... it disrupts the balance of a server.. destroys guilds.. and ruins peoples games.. and I cannot believe that this is the solution that Tynon would have in mind for its players or its future. Asking a player to find a different time zone to play in is absolutely not an option for many as it requires abandoning a game that we have already invested so much money and time into.
here is the thing, i still dont think its a good idea to modify an entire game so a handfull of players can "catch up". i dont think anything is wrong with it with how the banish is working, timed, etc. its part of the game. its a game! what do you expect the GM's to do other than do handstands for you? have you ever considered that the entire game is already waiting on you to catch up by holding new game content back, restricting levels, HR, no new gear, caps on banishes, etc...?
i dont like when they keep on making the game easier for everyone to catch up. try picture yourself in the role of someone on an older server who is still waiting for new game content and new challenges. my server is not old and not the youngest either, but with 240m power i think i caught up well with the top players without being in the top percentile. i am not a big spender either, i have spent some money and for sure more than i have planned to spend but thats because i enjoy the game
if there is anything wrong about banish then its a cap on coins, chips dont improve, you get old plans you dont need (not for sirius) and the fact that right now we are better off avoiding the 6.25B banish than working it.

the general rule should be to make the game harder as it gets older, not easier.

you complain about players leaving but i promise you that players like you and your crying with the urge to make it even easier for vip0's are some of the main reasons for it.
Here's a simple fix to the banish problems with high and low power players; Simply limit boost to +60% for 100mil power, and only +40% for 500mil power players. Adjust as needed for different servers.
I'm trying to figure out why people insist on coming up with ways to limit the players that have spent money AND time to get ot the higher levels. The inequities on some servers due to inactivity is simply something that can only be fixed by merging of servers. And, that won't fix what's being addressed here - there will still be high levels that take the majority of the rewards in WBs, as well as other places. The solution is to spend the time and/or money to get to where they are, or close.Quote:

Actually, i know exactly what I am talking about. There is a good reason why there is a cap on Cerb / Baal. I'm sorry the cap doesn't work for you, or if you fail to see the benefit of it. Second of all, I am not a crybaby, and at VIP 7 and at 130 million power, I have my share of experience and have spent my fair share of money on this game. There is absolutely NO HARM in having a third Cerb / Baal event. I am not here to argue about the removal of the Cap that Tynon sees fit to put into place. It is not a horrible idea when it enables players to play the game.. At least half of the players on my server would be able to participate in TWO banish events instead of just one if there was a later time available in the day as most people i know work during at least one of the Banish events.
