I had just won a 1 thousand gem stake in the arena it was my very first one I was elated!!
2 days later when i logged on it was gone i checked the arena no one had beat me for it so my only conclusion is Tynon stole it.

You need to be online to click and collect your arena stake.
Similar problem happened to a lot of people. It's a display error... Gems weren't actually there in the first place. You should take screenshots of all gems and refresh to ensure they are real.

To follow up other responses, if you don't have vip3 you need to manually collect your stakes when the timer hits 0:00. If you don't do this you don't get the stake.
i had once before a 100 gemstake when i tried to share it with another player he insisted it says credits. i even took a screenshot from my 100 gems and after 30min he was right and it was actually credits. the same thing recently just happen to a friend of mine
Recently it happened with 100 gems for me. The 100 gems actually looked like it added to my gem count until I refreshed. We'll get confirmation from OP, but I'm pretty sure she knows to claim the prize.Quote:

I think I added a screen shot can't tell but if it shows up same thing happened to me it shows the count down but never got the gems Vip3 auto collects so what happened ?
It happened to me too, now that I think of it. I had shared them with someone, then went to bed. In the morning, I didn't have the gems. I submitted a ticket and they added the gems to my account without further questions. All I told them was who I shared them with and at what time. They could verify if I was online and if I had shared the gems at that precise moment.Quote:
