This is already going to be part of future Andorid, iOS, and SamSung's secure encryption software (KNOX)
The money invested into this software is a waste unless their strategy is to get bought out. Which is most likely.
I think Dave is too busy with Evony and CoE atm.

I mean really it isn't as if his job is to communicate with the paying customers and let us know if things are going to be fixed or if in fact Tynon is even listening to us. I'd quit and never look back if she ever had anything to do with the game other then be the female version of herby comments wise.
And anyone that works for a company and "sneaks" around on their forums without logging in is just plain stupid. people want some sort of communication with the leaders of any team.
I sent tynon support a ticket asking for an "ACTIVE" Tynon / uCool rep for the forums I also included the link to Dave mata's forum page with the date of his last activity on the forums

Making a comment like that makes you so much better does it? Wild was just joking and she knows me pretty well that comment would make me chuckle. You Scarlet, tend make negative comments which won't sit well with me Dave or the other mods. I suggest you take that into account in future.
And now on to a reality check folks. If you want quick answers and account problems solved it's more efficient to a leaf out Riot's book and contact Customer Support personally using in the game tab. Dave has taken on the Community Manager role as well as his previous responsibilities and therefore doesn't have time to answer every little query you guys have.
If there is an outage, mass problems with various game functions (IE almost everyone not one or two) or aliens have landed in Tynon then I will message Dave to get him here to help you guys out. Pestering a very busy man just because a few forum goers have taken it personally that he hasn't logged into his forum account for a few weeks isn't fair on him and I'm sure you'd agree if you were in the same position. Before the complaints start about 'we're customers....,' that is what CS is there for. They are there to help you guys out as customers. Forums aren't particularly efficient at doing that.

Dave now has the responsibility of 3 forums and 3 games. It's a bitter pill for y'all to swallow but he does need to prioritize over what needs his attention more currently than others. At the moment there really isn't anything to tell us and yes Dawnseeker communicated weekly but even he rarely told us anything new. As I said if major issues crop up then I will let Dave know, honestly.
I know the issues with the goofy names and suchlike is on his to do list so be patient he will be more active in the future. If you have burning feedback and can't wait that long send an email to Customer Support.
