there is a 3 lvl limit on the wilds and the only way to get attacked in the city is when you get revenged by someone what probably happend was you attacked him on the caribean seas and he just revenged and now you're crying on forums about hacks yk, there isnt any hack or any other way to get attacked in the city, maybe you should next time be a bit more carefull about who you attack on the sea's.
Thanks Dragonian, that answers mine and everyone else's question on the level limit.
As the host of HellFire, I take exception to our guild being accused of using hacks and cheats. We worked very hard on beta to learn the game and many of us spent a lot of money on gems during beta which we were able to transfer over to the new server. It may have appeared as if we were cheating but I can assure you that's not the case. Once you make a few mistakes wasting gems that you bought with your hard-earned cash, you learn not to do that again as the same situation repeats itself on the live server.
What I see happening here is that at some point YOU attacked MRBUILDER first, be it in the wild or on the seas of Caribbean Pirates, otherwise he would not have been able to revenge you. And that is exactly what it was, a revenge - not an attack. The bigger players can only attack smaller players three levels below them. You can, however, attack any player at any number of levels higher than you. Power has nothing to do with it. You can revenge anybody at any time once that person has attacked you first because now they are on your revenge list. There is no time limit on when you can get your revenge. You probably hit him days ago while he was sitting on a boat or something. The only limitation is how many times a day you can get your revenge which is once every 24 hours. It's not MRBUILDER's fault that you have failed to progress as quickly has he did. Once you hit him, you put yourself on his list. It was then up to him to choose when to exact his revenge. He has to hit three players in the wild every day for his Daily's from the Assistant just like you do. By putting yourself on his revenge list, you just make his work a little easier.
My advice to all new players is to be careful who you attack in the wild or on the high seas because if you don't stay ahead of your victims in the game, you can find yourself getting revenged by them at any point after that and losing. All they have to do is bide their time, build faster than you, and then get their revenge when they know they can win. Which is exactly what happened here. So stop moaning and learn how to play the game instead of accusing other players of cheating.
I have noticed that when new players first discover Pirates, they click on the first red boat they see. "Ooh look a pretty red boat!" This doesn't seem to harm them very much, until hours later when after they have VIP'd and are actually paying attention, they get revenged and get bent. It all comes full circle in the end :)
Hellfire = Victims of bullying as well. Darkside ripping me up on the high seas! So ofc after I get slapped around, I must go search out some lil feller to beat on so I can feel better bout myself. Im sorry to my victims, but blame DarkSide, I sure do :-P
Do you have any idea how many times I've been hit in the wild ... unprovoked and by players way bigger than I am? just move on and grow, that's what the rest of us are doing. :)
