how long does it take to fix a account on this game? this is crazy i reported if over 3 month ago and still they refuse to fix it .

hey

i reported this over 3 months ago. returned today and still i am unable to proceed to the next area because the item i need to collect within the quest is not there. could someone please look into my account and fix this error. the error is on

update your ticket politely asking if they could tell you when it will be fixed. If the ticket is closed or you do not receive a reply to the update, open a new ticket and reference the original ticket. Repeat every week until the problem is fixed.

i did every week or so i copy the last request i placed which shows ALL the times they responded
