Is there a reason why you cant recruit Aphrodite in lab shop ? and yes ive recruited her.

Part of the game stoppage point. You can't get her in title either. Maybe she will be released with a new patch, IF and WHEN they ever add any more.

She unlocks for the Tavern when you reach Marshall. You can get her then.

Though why would you want to get her with coin or tickets or tokens; it'd be a waste to get her with anything other than creds.

The OP was asking why you couldn't purchase Aphro's card in the Labyrinth, they'd already got the hero in the stable. Kaisim also added correctly you can't in CW either.

It may be possible to win her in the casino... when I was a major, I won a dragon.

to be honest, i dont think there is a reason for it. i assume they simply forgot about her, just like you cant buy her in the title recruit.
