Player to Tynon trading= good idea. Player to player trading= not so good
Neopets, Villagers & Heros, and Wizards101 all have superb, simple, and error-free trading tools; these activities allow players to expand their "friend's lists", create deeper relationships, and develop their characters respectfully. They are fun to use and contribute to the over-all excitement of the games.
In my opinion, cheaters are anyone that has multiple accounts on a game, with the main reason to benefit one primary/original character; this includes "alternate characters/players/heros" of any kind.
I have not read each and every word of the "player's code of conduct & responsibilities" on all the sites I play, but I do know most strickly PROHIBIT multiple accounts; however, Tynon must allow "alts", because I once *belonged to a guild that constantly talked about, promoted, and bragged about their "alts".
*=(details to be posted in another topic... something titled about "GUILDS").
My vote...YES!.. there's too many positives for everyone involved, i.e. :
* site owners - increase player online time & a player's real-life spending for the site
* devs - job security, programming and site monitoring
* players - another avenue for players to obtain necessary items for a character's stats/abilities improvements
- the learning/practicing with r-l things like:
%-percentages
taxes, sur-charges, bartering, commerce, & respect for values
* non-players - less time listening to "players" daily events 8)

no need to read the "EULA, TOS, COC," or whatever they are called from every other website but it would have helped to read tynons TOS that you agreed on or at least read the few previous posts where you posted your redundant comments.
also if you would actually care as you say then you should have taken screenshots of them bragging about their alts and reported that to customer service... but you did a great job in dropping the ball on every possible aspect.
