I have the same problem so its not just me someone else having trouble loading on the game and this assholes dont do nothing about ......
again vaite, your problems are based locally on your own computer. other trying to log on your account and check issues for you never had any problems. plus you can log into the game from your phone but not from your computer, so yes, its locally and not account or game relatedQuote:

i had this problem at the beginning of tynon. on work and home pc, and it's quite a distance out of each other. idk what changed on tynon's side, but one day i was just able to log on and play normally. before that it was extremely frustrating with me doing most of the quests via team viewer on a friend's spare pc.
I have this problem very once in a while. If it happens at a friends house using their computer it must be that there is something wrong with your account. All I can advice is to open a ticket.
I assume that you have cleared the browser AND flash cache (http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and click on delete all sites) and deleted the cookies.
he actually pointed out that has cleared his cache and flash cache and also tried logging in from a friends computer who lives hours away. it seems to be working fine from his cell as well. when he asked me to log in and try, i however had no problems. i suspected it could be maybe the browsers, he thinks it maybe because of the country.Quote:

I have this problem with firefox on my other pc, I had to install chrome because it sits at 99%. No changes to pc just happened about a month ago.
ty for the reply everyone did here but like I said the problem its not from my computer I probally can teach most of you guys how to work with computers I have submit 2 tickets to then and they never reply back so this mean they now i"m in trouble to log in the game from my computer it works fine on my cell but not able to log from my computer and not from some friends computers so the problem its from the servers or the game himself... sorry for being such pain in the ass and being pissed everybody here on the forum but its only where I can get some answer since they never reply back to me because I think I was a bit stupid with them but that doesnt mean nothing ...

Does your friend use the same ISP as you? If you create an new account (just for the purpose of testing, of course) does it also hang up?
friend you again with the same questions I told you already tried the home of a friend with a different ISP ... I tried to make a new hero and the result was the same you need to know more talk to Kaisin he will explain to you .. .
he is a guild mate of mine and told me he traveled 2 hours to get to his friends place, so i'd assume they are different ISP's but you never know...Quote:

I can log in to use forums using user name and pass but it hangs in game at 99%
I also have flushed everything even formatted and reinstalled OS to make sure but no luck
I even tried different computers and different OS (OSX,linux,windows) no good.
