I had a lvl 8 preciseness and I put a lvl 6 advantage on it, however, the preciseness went into my advantage.
Has anybody else found issues similar to this..
Lucky me I keep spare runes up my sleeves ;)

I have heard of this happening. I always check to see what the text says before I click accept.
But yes, it has happened before. You can open a support ticket and see if they will do something about it.
ALWAYS look at the confirmation box to make sure that the runes will combine the way you want them.
I think I figured out the problem
They were both yellow runes
Advantage 6 on left side of screen and Preciseness 8 on right side of screen
When pressing the 'combine all' which I did it moves everything from the right to the left.
Don't know if anyone can confirm my sense of logic..
nope thats not it ive had a lvl 8 on the left and a lvl 3 on the right and it still happened
this has happened to me as well and to the ones who mentioned the confirmation boxes: i look always and yet once it combined the higher into the lower.
if you look at davids question again then you will notice they didnt have equal XP, so even in case he dragged the higher on top of the lower it SHOULD have gotten merged into the lv 8 preciseness anyways, reminder box or not
i think i know what you mean:
i think you had a stash of lower runes combined into blue or purple next to the lv 6 advantage and on the bottom right the level 8 hitrating, that would merge the lower runes into the advantage, possibly getting it to level 8 and slightly more XP than the preciseness and swallowed that then too because it combines the runes from left to right to bottom on the rune screen
Combine All does strange things. It is best to have the rune you want to keep on the upper left, but it is even better if you combine two yellow runes by dragging the one you want to keep to the other one and look carefully at the confirmation box before clicking on OK.
