Hello,
I was wondering which toons make good use of this spell and what level it should be. I have a level 11 and the only toon it seems to work with is Lance. Appreciate any thoughts on this and thank you very much in advance.

Works with lance, Queen P Rhize, Adam or any damage dealer in your deck of toons
Resilience counters critical so that may be part of why you don't really notice it. Also lancelot's skill attack also buffs his critical stat so you are more likely to see its effects when using him.
The Hero with the hardest hitting Crit is Lance. As far as level is concerned it depends on what you are doing. In PvP it depends on the opponents resilience. In WB (Banish) I was told once that you have to have at least 200 Crit level to be able to launch Crit attacks.
i dont mean to sound condescending or anything like it but lets call it a rune and not a spell please. i dont know how advanced you are in the game so i give you the general advice. so first off, all your heroes profit from it, some less and some more. tanks like ahmose and saff profit from it the least. mages somewhat and for all others its a great deal. your main setup should be for DD or tank. if its for DD you need a crit-rune on it.
if its your only one then you definitely want it on lance for banish and even try to make it lv12.
otherwise for PVE and general PVP, adam, rhize, blood and alci are great choices,
i believe its blue heroes that can crit during banish with the "200 crit rule". as for everyone else, i have seen crits after 160 more frequently during banishes than before.
Does advantage really help a mage? I had always thought otherwise. Curious to hear your experience and opinion on that. I respect your opinions and advice. cheers
a search on this forum should give you results on that.
spoiler alert:
general opinion is that they dont have effect because "mages don't crit". field tests provide evidence that crit works on mages different and helps them keep the max damage up and provides a more stable and higher average on damage.
... but then again there is also those who will tell you that mages (also morale retaining heroes) dont block because they cant counterattack or that your party cant dodge or block your support-heroes. so as you go on to sift through the countless posts you will always see different opinions and at the end you will have to form your own and will either have to fieldtest it yourself or choose whom to believe.

If I put a level 12 advantage on Aphrodite I get a better overall score when doing banish than when I don't. Now, I'm not sure if this is an individual thing because I don't watch the fights and record the damage done, just the percentage score each round. But with a good advantage on Aphrodite I do get better hit percentages than when I remove it. I have tested this quite significantly so its not a coincidence.
