Shayd Preciness rune
Is it me or if you increase Preciness past 10 on shayd she stuns less??? Is this a glitch??? Or do I need to get the other runes up to 12 for it to work. I really am having a hard time understanding how Thucy Can hit more than shayd with the same runes (STUN)... Someone explain this to me??

I haven't found any info on the actual stun rates, but in my own experience, shayd stuns more often than thucy. I'm testing this at the moment, so If I learn more, I'll be happy to share.
