There is no "1 form fits all" for PvP. You can test this just looking at rankings practice, and observe the wide variances in forms/heroes used in CW. Some are better than others, but as some have said - no right answer here.

looking at rankings for hero, his main is 2nd...there's one lance above him. The downside of this form is if you clear top row first, you only have to do 70% damage to take him out...last 30% is maria and herja. Great form, but flawed. Most are...there's always a chink in the armor.
