I sent in a ticket to them 2 weeks ago, no response. Sent in another just a few days ago, no response again. Anyone else experiencing this or do they just hate me?

Same thing. I'm about to quit this game.
same thing with me, over 2 weeks, still waiting...
Don't spend money anymore.
3 weeks no response for me
Have you noticed they haven't opened a new server in almost 6 months??? This game is going downhill and only the people that spent quite a bit of money are still playing and paying other than that.. I think this game has plateau..
I to put in a request over 3 weeks ago and still have heard from them..
Also I remember that when you asked a question here alot people would answer questions pretty quick.. now hmmmmm slowwww and noone really on...
they never replied to a ticket i put in on September 14th
looks like this game is dying out
Nor my tickets in the past 10 days. Elvis has left the building. sad sad
I'm not sure if it'll still work but I used to use my old evony acct to send a help ticket there and they'd get back to me about tynon stuff much quicker than if i were to send it on this side.
they're still rollin out new age I servers over there ironically
I've been waiting for a response on a problem from Sept 11th and I've been adding to it every week. I'll never get an answer lol, because I haven't been nice.
makes you wonder, ...
why make a game, take peoples money ....
and not to provide the staff to maintain and support it
I sent in 3 tickets at the start of August.. still awaiting a reply
they send responses via your e-mail account nowadays! that being said...it's still the usual stanley replies :-(
Here is what Dave Mata says about it.
http://bbs.tynon.com/showthread.php?...9162#post59162
Yet after his post, there is still no sign of life.
Even when they do respond its not a satisfactory answer. Its now a standard mail which often does not address the problem.
it saddens me to see that morgan has again removed posts from others and again fails to remove the real culprit. the only reason he didnt quote dave mata was because read in context it would imply i had tried to express the opinion being scammed from ucool.
this is not true!
i am happy about the nearly $300 i have spent in this game over the past year but i am disappointed in how it seems to be coming to an end and the last update felt rather like a pacifier to quiet the ones that where complaining about no improvement but how its been pointed out to us over and over that they "are working on it and to show patience" just to pull a few additional $$$ from us.
i only tried to explain that i dont understand how a company would commit to a game with investing money, development, etc to then just drop everything and fails to provide CS, PR and updates in form of bug removals and sufficient expansion.
I never implied that we are getting scammed by ucool as riot did
the original quote he is referring to is:
omg can you say de javu this is the same thing that happened back in the early 2000's when the game first hit the web. they raked in the cash then just up and closed the site down waited about 10 years then reopened it once again in beta. i think someone needs to investigate these actions because i would think that if they close the site then reopen it they should have to retain the accounts that players have already payed money into.
mark my words it is going to close soon!!!!
Last reply from Staley for me was : Aug 22 2014, 01:46 AM
Never heard anything from him anymore after that day
check this thread on uccol forum.

Are we next?
What is going on! Need some answers!
Is ember an admin cuz her\his name appears on forums moderators List. we probably can mail ember if there is a chance to get an answer if this game is going to hell so people better stop paying\Spending money by now. until we get an answer.
If Tynon goes out of business, then I lose almost $35. Made seven $5 purchases: four little packages on servers when starting out, and three newbie packages on my three playing servers. That seems a reasonable fee for over one year of hobby gaming.
Well she still counts an administrator from UCOOL. which still usefull to contact her, Maybe she can get in touch with tynon developers \ Admins and let them know whats happening. Who knows. i guess its worth a try. i've also tried to contact Dawnseeker on facebook. hope he notice teh msg.
nope, they always sent responses to but, your support tab and your email. no response to my email either
VERY reasonable considering that some buy PS or xbox games for twice that amount. i also dont regret spending nearly $300 but would be really mad if i had spent a small car on this like some others have
ooooooooki now that sucks XD
I shouldn't worry too much about COE, it was never fully developed so I guess they dumped it. It was only a poor version of Clash of Clans in any case. If you play Clash of Clans then it wasn't worth playing COE.
Lol, you've already lost that money!
Once you spend in the game you have lost, no getting it back. Little thing called tough luck unfortunately :)
Just because Tynon may go out of business doesn't mean that you are then going to lose that money.. it's already out your pocket.. it's GONE!
Should double think before spending :)
No you are 110% incorrect
he spent $35 on virtual goods which he then used to power up his virtual toons. SO he has that virtual powered up toons that are his and noone else can lay claim to have those toons on those servers. SO yes he did buy something. It is not something you can physically touch or hold but it is a virtual good. Therefor if the game shuts down before he is done using said virtual goods he is out the money.
Perception is King
Buy something and Tynon/uCool will not give you your money back. The second that money leaves your pocket, you have lost it.
In the OP, he has already lost the $35 but he has not lost the advantage that he gained out of those $35, therefore, if uCool go out of business then you aren't losing the money, but the advantage you gained from spending that money. There is quite a big difference!
David's right, once you have paid for your virtual goods in this case gems, since you've already received the items it's no breach of contract. You spent 'em you lost 'em even if the game does go down. Always read the Terms and Conditions of sale.
And regarding CoE, it's still live. Not sure where the where the rumours of it being 'dumped' came from other than the same complaints on their forum regarding lack of company input.
Finally, Dawnseeker has left uCool. Hopefully we are singing from the same hymn sheet now.
actually, he never had property of any items, heroes nor purchased goods.
according to the TOS anything regarding the game stays property of ucool:
1.10. Ownership 1.10.1. Games and Service All rights and title in and to the Service (including without limitation any user accounts, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, any related documentation, "applets" incorporated into the Game Client, character profile information, recordings of games played using the Game Client, and the Game Client and server software) are owned by uCool or its licensors. The Game and the Service are protected by United States and international laws, and may contain certain licensed materials in which uCool’s licensors may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.
what we/he bought are technically fees to use those services/items. you are however correct on with him being out of his money, gone and lost forever.
there was however a supreme court that the ruled the gamer in a different game was to be refunded. it was different though because he lived in east asia and the game was not und US laws (unlike tynon).
I believe the game has to follow the laws of the country the gamer is in. Which is why when a game does a jackpot game. Italy and certain parts of the states are not permitted to enter and win.
If you want to play a game, then you better follow the TOS or go find another game.
They don't care whether you live somewhere other than the USA and they are not obliged to follow the laws of your country.
They are legally liable, therefore, they don't have to give a damn about what other entities/persons believe outside their game but make the choices they think will solely benefit their game.
I don't want to change what you believe.. that's not my place here. However, I'm just trying to explain to you why they should not follow laws of other countries and instead follow the laws of what their TOS says!
I'm not on about ToS I am on about uCool still need to follow certain laws in certain countries. Not once did I mention their ToS.
My post was a simple pointer games have to follow certain laws depending on which country that gamer is from.
I believe there was talks about limitations on how much people could spend on a game in certain countries. By which the game provider would have to follow.
I don't really care what uCool do.
Whatever they do we need to deal with. All I'm saying is they have to follow rules too.
It doesn't matter what country your're in, this is what you agreed to when you created your account.
In short no refunds are applicable unless you got yourself a very expensive and probably a not very clever one. The only exception to the 'rule' so to speak is if any purchases you have made weren't received by you.Quote:
