It was absolutely horrendous playing during the noble lady, but at least you are onto it which is good.
was in the middle of a Baal Boss fight and was kicked out, now I am unable to get back and see if I was still in the top 10, more so I was trying to close in on the top 3 spots? sucks, wasted alot trying this
what about the beginner rewards if we cant play?

I am vice host and I have not been expelling players.. our host was not either she was asking me why people left. then they get online and want to know why they were expelled. We have had this issue since we started guild so wondering if it might be a code issue? I am not very programming literate i know how to use them but not how to write them or diagnose them so I really am guessing but something is wrong.. we keep losing all contributions and have no recourse apparently available to us..
Figure this out I can't even buy gems..
Hello, I was just in the middle of Baal fight and it kicked me out and now it won't load. It shows at 100% but then it just freezes, I submit a report and it says connection issues but when I trouble shoot it says there is no problems. Help?
It seems to be at least an hour before you can get back online from 6-7 pm EST. This has been everyday... what's up with this?

same problem loading, also got kicked yesterday during Baal. Annoying.
i am having the problem too, gets to 100% then freezes, keeps telling me to refresh as it is a network problem, i know it isn't...hope it gets sorted soon, i have spent money on this.....
Ya I was in the middle of Heroic Realm and when I retried fighting a boss it froze at engaging battle. Tried refreshing and now it completely freezes at loading. \I've tried restarting my comp and it still gets stuck at that screen.

DawnSeeker - latency and loading issues should not be caused by people signing up on new servers. Unless of course your server virtualization design is totally screwed up. Once a server is up and working and full of users (e.g. 1 - 6) then they should not be affected by a new server (e.g. 9).Quote:

You cannot reasonably continue to drop players out of the game every day - sometimes for long periods of time with doing something to regain their loyalty.
Not only do you need to work on the stability but you also need to work on a way to mass compensate players (again small token) when something like this happens.

I am currently on able to get into the game, it just stays at the loading screen.
I can't get in today either. It just stays on a black screen and says loading. Hammer of Thor is the one that I play on.

the beginner quests can be a challenge to begin with but not being able to get on the game is making it impossible .. . I missed Baal fight today because I was booted from the server and couldn't get back in, , , I have now been trying to load the game for about 1&1/2 hr. . if I can't log in how is it I am supposed to make lvl 45? I get booted from the game at least 1x a day . . need to make it right when it comes to achieving day 6 and 7 quests if you know ppl can't get online to play . . makes it very unfair

As this is a 'LIVE' server/service - are there going to be any compensation packages from Tynon re. all the multiple/regular crashes/boots?
Jupitor mine is doing the same thing. Stuck on 25%. Only happens when its baal or cerebus runs fine the rest of the time. Wrath of Odin. I've cleared my cahche cookies rebooted tried 4 different browswers.
What are you doing about unable to claim day 5 of Beginner's Rewards even though I killed the Horseman? This is probably cause by the obviously poorly tested patch that was put in to change the requirements. Are we going to be able to claim the rewards after you fix the problem even if day 5 is gone?
I've been trying to log in for the past 2 hrs and can't. I've done all the tips, cleared cashe, different browsers and still nothing.
Ok once I get it after waiting on the 99% load page for 45 min I get only a chat box and the rest of the screen is black. Please help with this soon.

during a boss event, some ppl may get rewards while others dont - that were waiting to login, seems unfair - if anyone is able to claim rewards now
