No support for VIP 7 Player. Dont play this game.

As a VIP 7 player ( that means I spent a lot of money) I can tell you that if you have any problems, tynon will ignore you. I put in a support ticket for a missing level 90 Judgement spirit with 6- level 5 sapphire chips(the spirit is shown on the blacksmith menu, but is nowhere to be found in any player or inventory bank)on Sept 8, 2014 (support ticket #s 785219, 794733, 794740) and have not heard 1 peep about what the game hosts will do to help me. My player name is Cattie on server #29 Storm of Freyr. I am a high level player (usually finishing in Champion Warfare at # 50-65). So if I can't get help from them ,don't bother expecting support either.

I may be able to help. Had this happen to me the other day, thought I'd lost a chestguard, couldn't see it in inventory or bank (after sorting more than once), wasn't on a hero, but it showed up in blacksmith. I went into my bank, and started moving items around. And there it was, behind a chip! So, chances are it's hidden behind something else in inventory or bank. Try moving things around.

By the way I have reset the flash player (deleted all sites) checked behind all items in inventory and bank, and checked all heroes in hero inn. It only shows up on unassigned in the blacksmith inventory.

Hmm, yeah, that's what happened to me, but in my case, the gear was hidden behind a chip in bank. But you've checked behind everything, so, that's a mystery.

Check your email, but it is very much hit and miss. Evony support I hear will help you out if you go to them.

another way to try is get a hero take him out of ya lineup put all there gear into the bank,put him bk into formation click auto equip and it should equip the missing item

i had a spirit disappear once and the same problem.
i pulled heroes out of the inn that i had sent in and switched gear with autoequip and it popped back up.
if i remember right, i just had that particular spirit upgraded and not restarted. i think its related to a bug that "produces" a new item while you still have the old item until you refresh. if you use autoequip you will see the new item on the next hero but in reality it is still on the old hero. if you then send the old hero into the inn right after, the newly crafted spirit will go with it.

your welcome and just remember to refresh after every craft before you switch heroes or gear to save yourself some headaches in the future ;)
