Invite who in? The only new people on our server are guild owned alts. And they are not creating alts as fast as real people leave. We have 3 Vice hosts, so I am not fretting over any anything that happens.

What about realm hopper / gem hunters that constantly leave and come back?

Unfortn in the past its been proven as well if the host is a high vip lvl even after 60 or 90 days they will still hesitate to remove them, there's precedence in a earlier thread where a guild had no host or vh that dawnseeker had commented on.

I don't understand your question. A vice host can accept and kick players. Just can't kick the missing host and in our guild we don't want to.

Vice hosts could operate the guild just fine. But without the host, the number of active vice hosts could only decrease.
