I know, i contacted davemata about 2nd sub issues on twitter and got a reply from him about "he wants more details about the issues" so i explained about it and voila and after that tynon support came back i guess :P

it still amazes me the lengths we have to go through to get a customer service for this game now. stanley is automated and always responded if there was a clear answer but the escalation of issues beyond his routine wouldnt work (or be ignored?). it really is just plain sad that we have to log onto the evony forum, FB or twitter to get somewhere, somehow in touch with dave.
not that he would understand and be open to the few complaints but gives us the impression of harassment and that we have to beg and kissing him "where the sun dont shine"...
dont get me wrong, i am not even complaining about this anymore - i am just really disappointed.
I still can't get a reply out of anyone! :(
However, I have been playing Heroes Charge all day and I must say that I am quite impressed! :)
To those of you concerned, it is an Android game and can't be played directly online. Instead you can download an Emulator called Bluestacks.
UCool made a expensive game?? **shock** :O I thought this one was bad. LOL It is nice to know that economy is such that some have the resources to support games like that.
