not for me tynon, im stuck in a house full of stupid people i hate and with no christmass cause of a **** up family and a broken laptop. had my hopes up for santa, but i guess not. so im only left with kitties, music, youtube and steam/tf2. so instead of spending money on tynon, ill spend it on steam/tf2. so GG to to you and thanks for giving me a reason to not spend more money on this game and rather spend it on steam.

It is disappointing, and somewhat amusing, that the only time we have heard from Tynon of late, is the 1 minute it took whoever, to resubmit the same packages, and to slighlty alter the text in their message to relate it to Xmas.
They are still collecting money, presumably to keep servers going, not to fund further development on a rapidly shrinking player base, if the quitters are to be believed.
They dont need funds from tynon to keep the servers going, they run using the same servers as Evony (i believe)
So if you put in 0 work, you take out 100% profit, every penny we spend is making their christmas/new year better
the really sad part is that they already invested money into this game that now is running by itself and could have created more revenue if they would have just let santa pop... its almost unbelievable to show such ignorance that you can afford something like this because someone was too lazy to push a few buttons that is getting paid anyways
Boo Hoo, What a bunch of whiners. No Santa and I'm quitting. Wow, you all are like spoiled children. Game is still on. Yes the development has stopped. Might be in process of making new stuff. Might be sitting on beach laughing at us while sipping on $20 drinks. Who knows. I don't care. If you are unhappy go play elsewhere. To write your "I'm unhappy you didn't bring Santa back" letters makes be think your were a bad little kid and got lumps of coal in your stockings. LOL.

Ok let me clear this whole whining thing up right now.
Heres the deal
for the first 10-12 months of LIVE. They released many patches and updates. Support tickets got answered. Sure you had to argue with Stanley, but you got some sort of resolution to your ticket. We had Dawnseeker making post in the forum explaining things and taking our suggestions to the devs. MANY MANY MANY MANY player suggestions and recommendations were implemented from the forums.
So it felt like uCool was supporting this game and was dedicated to its player base.
Now over the past 6 months things have greatly changed
We have no one form uCool posting in forums. Support tickets often go without any reply for months. Things like people losing their 2nd sub slot have to go to evony forums to hope for any resolution. Then it still may take 2 months to get it fixed. There is 0 communication from uCool to the player base. We have gotten 1 update in that time. There was no Thanksgiving packs while other uCool games did get promotions on that holiday. The Packs are just recycled, while Evony gets specific themed ones and they do occasionally change. Many players have hit the glass ceiling and can progress no further and therefor have no reason to spend.
SO now it feels as if uCool has abandoned this game and cares less about the player base here. The thansgiving pack and the lack of anything but packs on sale for xmas are all a matter of a few minutes of one employees time to reload code. They didnt even bother to put the xmas decorations out this year. This is not just about the free cool downs. Many have suggested there is a good business reason to not have the free cool downs again. But why not the xmas decorations? There is no business reason to not turn that code on. So with the absolute lack of anything being done in the game by uCool, many have hit the brick wall and feel uCool has abandoned the game entirely. And we are extremely frustrated and disappointed. This game has endless possibilities. Many of us spent a great deal of money here. We feel let down that the game feels over and is done.
SO to some it may seem like whining for free stuff. But it is much much more then that to many of us. Yes I wanted free cool downs to catch up to those who hit the glass ceiling. But i would not have been as frustrated as I am if they had at least bothered to turn on the Christmas decorations, I would be even less frustrated if a uCool employee would have also posted that Santa is not giving out free cool downs this year and it was a one time thing. I would be even less frustrated if they would just say this game is over and no further development is planned thank you for your money and your support, please check out our other new games.
But instead we get nothing at all. Just a money grab with packs, and a whole lot of speculation.
Totally agree mattp. It is not whining as much as practically begging them to read and respond to us in some way, good or bad news. It is like you hate to give up, there is more to finish, if it will continue, but it's like waiting for the other shoe to drop. You sign in every day just to see.
yes they do. they use evony servers. bs ones to be honest. played evony for 5 years and quit because it started like this so i guess it's time to quit tynon aswell. THEY DON'T GET 1 CENT FROM ME TILL THEY REALLY SHOW THAT THE GAME IS ALIVE

My comment: yes, Tynon has been dead for few months, why release a product if you don't of intend on developing it. At least tell people you have stopped development, save people money on something that's not going to be develop furhter. Great Xmas gifts, seems familiar, oh right same gifts that for sale all year.
davemata: Yeah, no, Tynon is not dead. We have staff dedicated to it, CoE, HC, and Evony. :)

A real shame no Christmas gem counter happened. I bought gems last year for my entire guild, I leveled at least 5 mates up to VIP 4. My guild leader did even more. Letting it go this year sort of makes me feel like this game is a waste of time.
About the gems we were all expecting to obtain from the Noble Lady this Christmas, I do have reason to believe that this was one huge misunderstanding!
Last year December we definitely got the free cool downs which I remember I was not able to take advantage of due to the lack of coins and credits, however, I do have reason to believe that we obtained the gems from the Noble Lady on Valentines day.
We have all been mistaken while the few who remember better than us are in fact correct. I, amongst everyone else should have realised that we were not going to get these gems on Christmas but potentially (keep prayers up) get them on Valentines day.
A lot of time has passed and we do not remember as well as we used to. Let us keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best!
The NL did give a few gems out at he Christmas time last year,.. but it was only a trifling amount,..something like about 5 - 10 gems,.. but she hardly gave them out ! .. there were other players that did receive other items instead of gems,.. but either way it does not matter that's in the past!Quote:

i'd like to remember you guys back at the times when they introduced the royal challenge and ultimate arena. back then many thought the game has changed to a new game and some said they are prepping for ageII of tynon or that it at least feels like a new game. however, it never happened and i dont think that after those somewhat major changes to the game and not getting a " *2 ", i dont think there will be one ever. but again, your guesses are as good as mine and maybe some day in the future they will recruit some guy who knows what he is doing and realizes that they have a game with an attached customer base...
Ive played this Heroes Charge game for almost a week now, and can honestly say I'm bored already.
Ive yet to see the need to spend a single penny on it
Everything is obtainable without gems, and theres not much to spend gems on.
Money maker? No nowhere near as much as Tynon, just a matter of time and they'll ditch updating it.
Will they come back here or make another game? Not sure on the answer to that
