Tynon Support and it's non-existence
For those of you that haven't heard. I had my game and personal email account hacked by 2 players and they tossed all my gear and inventory away. Transferred all saints and stars from heroes and ride til I had none left. I reported to police and have that being handled by the Feds. But when I contacted tynon support and let them know what happened and asked for some help in either returning my things or giving me some stuff to re-build it took over 10 attempts, several players writing and over 2 months to even get a reply. I am a VIP7 on 2 servers and this is the response I get. After all these attempts and asking for something that cost them absolutely nothing they finally respond with we are not liable. The point I am making is I will never spend another dime on this game and would caution anyone thinking of spending on this game that this is how they will treat you. Who cares is their response to a VIP7 on 2 servers so don't think they will help any of you. I myself will be looking for a new game to take my business elsewhere. When I find one I will post it here.
