From what I understand U cool has started another game called Commanders of Evony. It seems to me the best way to approach this is to join that game and file a ticket there about Tynon. At least U cool still has active support over there I assume.

I don't think you need to join a new game just to find support for this one. I have heard on here that you can go to that forum. We should not have to go to those lengths.
