in Game support button
I had a problem last night and I was trying use the support function.. I filled out the report and hit the submit report button and nothing happened.. this is what I was trying to submit..
"last night I was in the fair and I was trying to buy some credits with coins.. Just as I was clicking on the buy button the timer expired and the coins shifted out and were replaced by a leader card and I ended up buying the leader card.. It happened so quickly I had no time to react to it and I spent 1900+ gems for something I did not want.. Is it possible to return the leader card to get my gems back?"
Is it possible for you to check and see if this was submitted or not?

Thank you for your suggestion. We're working continuously to make the game mechanism much more balanced for all players and we're actively reading into your words and making note of suggestions offered to make this game more playable. Some changes may have some effects on certain players but all those changes are subjected to better enhance the majority's game experience.

Well at least my post was for real and I was able to post my report on my home computer last night.. for some reason my work computer will not show all of the report page, it was missing the subject line and with out a subject you can't submit the report..
