when you hit the support button it takes you to tynon.support.ucool.com so just type that address into a new page in your browser and it will take you to support, it works just fine for me hitting the support button in game so i dont know what the issue is with that.
That's not the problem.. I get there but after I type in my message and I click on the button to submit the report it does nothing.. I used to get a message that it was submitted and then it would also show up in the Check on Request page and nothing is there except for the other requests that I made..
sorry i couldnt help. Maybe they have actually shut it down.

It must be something with my work computer.. After I got home I was able to submit my report.. For some reason on my work computer it doesn't show the subject line and without the subject line it will not submit the report.
Knock Knock..Does anyone work at Tynon headquarters or what..Just cant seem to get any attention to the fact that server 86 'Spirit of Thalassa' has both Cere/Baal at the 6250000000 lvl glitched so we only get a few resources in the beginning,then fight for the rest of the hour for nothing..Most of us have to pull out of the fight with the one below this so we dont beat it too soon..
its not glitched on your server. the HP bar display is bugged but it keeps correctly track of the damage
Many servers have been doing that for some time now; just start 5 min in or stretch last hit past the quarter after mark
Or like my guild the bigger players just dont participate so our guild mates that still need the coins and rep can get theres.
If everyone who plays tynon.com files a support ticket, that is 12.900 tickets per week - a full time customer service rep is only able to address about 100 - 200 issues per shift, a senior customer service rep is only able to address about 30 problems per shift, while sorting through about 1,000 tickets per day. This means that unless ucool.com has 20 full time customer service reps working around the clock, not everyone's issues will be addressed in a timely and entertaining way.
I have invested thousands of hours gathering materials to help develop many educational and entertainment resources. I like cheering up the folks in customer support. :cool:
UCool's support staff for this game is Stanley. He is an automated system. I think Stanley drinks, and takes long breaks and leaves early. So the amt of response you can get is limited, at best.
We have way more than 100 active players on our server. :) We may be nuts, but afraid it's true. What game and server do you play kaisim?
Most have given up on customer service, and i doubt seriously that many bother to send in tickets, or know what to expect if they do.
Stanley is not alone at customer support, I had a reply the other day from Leon.
92 as stated plenty of times, its even in my profile and i never made a secret out of it about where i play or who i am in game. we have roughly 30 actives on our server left (active = log in daily) and a few occasional players. i heard on some servers its worse with 10-20 actives. of course the first 10 where you are part of are not effected as much, but you have to admit that even you guys lost a lot of players...
EDIT: i do not count alts in there, so a server with 2 players and their 50 alts is still only 2 players
Yeah, same here - alts don't count. But you're right, the first 10 servers seem to have more actives left, i guess just more time invested, and whatever else keeps us occupied.
Still, 50 - 100 players on a 5 realm server isn't much. It must be really bad where you are, even less.

the servers after 11 have only 3 realms, so it spreads out differently. then again, if you have 50 players on a 5 realm server or 30 players on a 3 realm server its still the same density per realm. so its not that much different from the overall, but i heard about other servers where there is literally 2-3 players and their 20 alts battling it out =/
for that very same reason i suggested a (even before the first server mergers) to merge all servers into 11-20'ish and do 1 server per realm
This game has been dead for a long time now the servers have been down all day today 5/24/15 ....... I don't think they give a poop if there game don't work right or not
lets just get back on topic here and try to keep the peace with the last few players remaining that do still play the game.
that being said, the only ones you can really blame empty servers for is bad customer service (and i am NOT pointing at stanley) and even worst game developers. if the game stands still for too long and players have achieved the tasks given then there is nothing left except watching clowns and morons getting naked in CW finals to exploit the ticket system.
now, if i was asked to give constructive criticism then i would suggest to fix the bugs first, root out the exploits, restrict accounts to a max of 3 accounts per household, start email verification, etc ... and basically crack the whip and swing the iron fist. then hire developers and customer service who will take this to the next level, add media platforms from where you can access the game, etc...
basically to give it a total make over so it doesnt look anymore like a game run by some asian kid from the basement.
then when all those issues will get fixed and only then will old players return and new players flock to us. take heroes charge as a lesson to stick with what you do best and finally recognize this game for what it really is: a fun game with great potential to be more

lol because you can read a definition that in itself is only partially true doesn't make your statement right. You shouldn't answer questions you dont know the answer to as the asker might take you for your word. Now if you said when you successfully block a physical attack both the target and the attacker who got blocked do not gain moral from that attack then that would be a correct statement but still doesn't answer his question so instead of callings someone else a troll maybe you should stop answering questions you dont know the answer to.
Block blocks a physical attack, period.
As a result of the block a few other things can happen.
The player blocking, takes half damage.
The attacker gains no morale.
If a block is successful, theres a chance of a physical counter attack.
An indirect attribute of block, unrelated to if u block an attack or not, reduces damage taken from some attacks

Endurance, Block, Skill Def, Phys Def, and esp. Resilience are the crucial tank stats for late game after you got sirius relics. At that point dodge becomes useless, seeing as how I rarely if ever see champs dodge with a level 12 nimbleness vs. level 12 preciseness.
When you block a physical attack unless you are stunned you will do a counter attack, there is no chance involved in this aspect. The reduction in damage from block(not a actual block of a physical attack as that will always be 50% of the damage) is related to the break of the toon that is attacking. The only mages that will do a block/ counter attack are npcs however there are glitches that will make a dodge or a miss by a mage display a block were the miss or dodge should be.

Kasim you do realise that link you posted doesnt prove your point. An actual block reduces damage in half. Like grunt was saying the block rune mitigates the break damage from all attacks. This is what accounts for the 10k less damage in that shot. When a hero does an actual block it reduces the total damage taken by half. So in order to prove that a mage can actually block a physical attack you have to show the mage taking half damage from an attack. I would also love for someone to show proof of a hero that is not stunned blocking a physical attack and not doing a counter attack as that was another misconception stated in this thread.
Oh and that shot was of a skill attack in the first place which can not be blocked.
ok first of all, skill attacks CAN be blocked (you can even block the banish bosses ;p). if you would read it carefully again, its to show that mages get a DAMAGE REDUCTION from the block rune because even tho they CAN block, they are just really bad at it and can not counter attack. therefore they integrated passive damage reduction for mages and that is exactly what it proves.
edit: the 10k difference is the average taken from 100 attacks (50 attacks with and 50 without)
Lol bla bla bla show a screen shot of a mage blocking(not a display glitch but an actualy block that reduces more than the passive block reduction block gives) and show me a screen shot of a skill attack being blocked. as neither of these 2 things have ever happened in this game or been proved to happen.

no one said his skill attack can be blocked or not (what i did say was that his attack CAN be blocked), i have not seen his skill attack being blocked yet but since its an NPC AOE skill attack, it should not be able to be blocked.
that being said, you emily then agree with steve that
- mages can not block
- single skill attacks from blood, kahn, pomp, etc can not be blocked
- passive damage reduction cuts half the damage
- and that block runes have no effect for mages
PLEASE tell us that you really believe that and that i said its all nonsense and "blah blah blah"!!!!!! HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA
