server 129 clouds of cernon not loading

I cant login now to the game! does anyone else have the issue
Is the server full or something. Its been weeks now and I can never login

it says my flash plugin is not loading but it trys to load and I have everything updated to current day updates on browsers and all.
i cleared my browser cache and history several times and ran ccleaner

Click the i in a circle next to your address bar..site settings..scroll down to flash and make sure it's set to allow..that's what fixed it for me.
