This is not correct. :)

The rune is 110 and her base hit rating is 20, the hit rating is indeed 130. She will miss 2 out of 3 attempts and anyone can test that and it will be the same. What exactly are you stating that is not correct? I'd love for someone to post video for me to watch where she hits even just regular attacks consistently or 2 out of every 3 hits. I've battled in the arena over 400 times with her so i would consider my testing somewhat accurate.

Then she wouldn't be any different than Catherine.

Shayd is fine as she is. She's a support hero, not a main one.

In card gaming terms, she can be thought of as a "sideboard"

shayd hits fine for me dont miss 2 much on me i only got got her she has a lvl 7 preciseness , focused , and destruction. i still need health and dodge but do alright for some of mine runes are crap thats on her
