Fully agree with all of the above. Many of us guild members have spent tons of time and money on this game and we would all like this issue resolved.

Tynon fixed my issue so hopefully I can now start to move forward in the game. This thread can be removed.

Try exiting and clearing your browser. Make sure your flash is up to date. Google chrome seems to work best for this game but some with FireFox also seem fine.

My char (MissMurder) has contacted them numeroous times and at one point I was getting replies but now nothing for days. We have to keep these threads alive until something is done.

This quest bug was supposedly fixed but my char (MissMurder), along with others, are still not working. I want to buy more gems etc. but will not until this gets fixed as it is hindering my gameplay...

Funny, I didn't get it either (MissMurder). Seems some players are getting messed up over some of these issues in the game and looks, so far, that there will be no rectification.

This is part of the MIssing Ambassador bug. My char (MissMurder) has been bugged with this since June 21 and even though they say it's fixed my char is still stuck.

June 27 and still no fix for me. They announced a fix but my char (MissMurder) still doesn't work.

Nothing has been done to rectify this so if you have this same problem like I (MissMurder) do then you will not be able to do any more quests. Also you won't be able to create any Champion equipment...

That's the exact same problem I have. For 2 days now I can no longer do quests as it is now frozen. If there isn't help for this I will have to stop contributing my time and money to this game.
