on 1 of my 3 servers (S7-bow of athena) the rune temple never came up, no quest available for it. now level 31 and no point in moving farther if i cant get the quest back!

on 1 of my 3 servers (S7-bow of athena) the rune temple never came up, no quest available for it. now level 31 and no point in moving farther if i cant get the quest back!
is there a way to reset the quest that allows access to rune temple?? 1 of my three accts did not activate it :(
