Pirates Event: Update Needed

First of all ty for the patches on the pirates. I would just like to give an option on this because it has become quiet an issue in the game. I have noticed everyday that there are some high levels that sit in boats all day and ship kill people just to take their maps. I think Pirates should be only able to be accessed once a day for the indivdual player this way everyone on the game can atleast get across because trying to do daily event for successfull crossing on pirates has become impossible due to the high levels spawn killing other players. I would just like to recommend this become a once a day event that each player can only access this event 1 time a day and wait a full 24 hours before they can sail out again. this will reduce the amount of players not being able to complete the event. I really hope they don't go with this suggestion as it takes away yet another avenue of PvP for me. If you don't like being attacked, I'd suggest trying a different game as this is supposed to be a PvP game.

If the high lvl toon is in a ship, they have a map piece - ie. they can not take your map piece. Caribbean is designed to foster Guild interaction. The bigs helping the smaller ones.

The point is you are trying to take a way one of the only remaining forms of PvP in the game outside of the Arena

Heaven palace and the wild is already there for that reason.

Heaven Palace is a weekend event only, and in the wild you can never find anyone to attack because they are either out questing, or they are in the city. Pirates is the only avenue I get to PvP anymore. And so far it appears that most everyone who has seen this thread agrees with me on this issue.

lol even if you had that font size 1,000... i still think the ones that are benefiting from it won't EVER understand our side of the view.

i agree 100% with you barbie,
i was pvping and I would view stats made sure they were less than me, and take there coins/credits, and i would make 5-10 mil within 2-3 hours... they fixed it...

and i agree they should fix the boats.

otherwise let's stick with their viewpoint ... it's pvp... make it so we can view stats before we goto pvp out in the open so i can exploit the lower power kids all day and all night like the ones that are on the boat have been doing for the past few days.

Okay, how about changing it so that once you have successfully sailed pirates you can no longer access it? It may be that way now for all i know - I can tell you that since the beginning of beta AND the live server I have only made it across twice. I do like that when a large player attacks they will not be able to regenerate between hits.

Its also highly frustrating to go to the pirates screen and see that nearly every ship has one person in it of 1.5m and higher. And its very frustrating to be the only boat sailing and get attacked by a player that is NOT sitting in a boat or sailing.
