all the ones that are exploiting this flaw on the boats aren't risking anything when they know the other persons powerlevel. before the pre-calculated fight

they get huge reward without ANY risk, just like I was getting huge reward without ANY risk when they had the option "VIEW STATS" before I attacked random people out on the field to gain coins/credits/rep.

to remove 'view stats' on PVP field, but not on "PVP boats" is a flaw.
^If this simple concept is to hard to comprehend then please question your comprehension level.

if not then why wouldn't they just keep view stats on pvp field.

Why would they take View Stats off PVP field?

I'm sure it's not because I could have a slight advantage on the fight if I knew the other persons power level.

So I wonder...Why would they ever take off "View Stats" on the pvp field.
