I don't get beginner reward on day 5th after defeat horseman

It's about the Horseman in the Heroic Realm (not the one in the quest), but unfortunately it's still not working.

I don't get beginner reward on day 5th after defeat elite horseman. Plz check.

I cannot get my day 5 rewards for killing the horseman (elite) I finished the Undead section of the story thread on day 3 (I also have crafted the chest-guard and my main hero has it) and have reached the Dwarven section. Can anyone look at this please as I can see I am not the only person that has completed this part ahead of the given deadline without getting the rewards? Thank you.

I had the beginner's chest back yesterday and was able to complete day 5 then.
