Horseman Beginner Reward Failed

I beat the horseman in the Heroic Realm before the Beginner Reward was switched from the chestpiece to the horseman. Of course when this happened I did not get the Chestpiece script. I also had to wait for the heroic lvls to reset so I could compete for the award which expired before the reset. I expect to either be given the reward or other form of reward that is equal to that. I understand that the majority of this game is free, however if I was a paying customer I would be very angry.

I have the same problem, I have screen scrapes to show that I defeated the Horseman and that the Day 5 Beginner's reward claim button is grayed out. I expect my day 5 rewards to be given to me. Please let me know if you want me to send the screen scrapes.
