    Everything worked out, please give staff some time to work on the issues. They will get everyone's issued resolved, please give them a chance. Thank you

    Why would you state "You will get ban" is that a threat? You do not even know why I am doing a chargeback.

    This is the WORST customer service EVER.


    I come to post on the forum asking for who should i talk to for doing the charge back and you say "you will get ban" from staff of tynon.com

    Not a threat. Is a fact, sorry you were wrong about the words, that's why you chose another way to hang the bull.Lol.
    I'm a Moderator, not costumer service. Quite sure why you're doing a chargeback with all of your post/threads on the board.

    If they keep waiting they will make us miss our VIP rewards.. Tynon is making a lot of players unhappy.

    Has anyone actually successfully got them to issue a refund (the tynon billing department). Or am I best off just contacting my CC company and doing a chargeback since it's obvious they don't care about rectifying/compensating for the losses that are occurring.
