Beta Guild Wars issue

I have a number of little gold envelopes flashing on my screen. Each one tells me good job in the guild wars you have won blah, blah , blah. BUT when I open them I get nada. Thought perhaps was getting rewards automatically but kept track the last 2 times and did not receive any of the stated rewards.
One of the bad things is that when I open the envelopes they freeze up my chat, but it does seem to be one particular envelope that causes the issue. Refreshing only brings the envelopes back. So as the days go on I get more and more little flashing envelope icons on my screen.
Please check into it before the government makes me an official mail drop/postal office

Yes, I have this problem too. It seems to build up with each Guild War we do. I now have 4 envelopes built up, saying blah blah about Guild Wars and I receive nothing.
