Avg wait time for a Support Ticket to get answered?

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

I created 5 different support tickets on the first 3 days i played of last week and I haven't had any feedback yet, it's about to be 7 days since I created a support ticket.

its been 8 days for me and I am owed hundreds of dollars in gems and rank. Doesn't look like there is going to be a solution other than going to paypal

We're working through the tickets and responses/fixes will be coming. Billing issues take priority.

Everything worked out, they fixed everything and were very nice about it. Please give them time to resolve the issue.
