If Billing support doesn't answer in 8 days who the hell is going to give me my gems????? do I need to contact paypal and my credit card company and get a refund ? Who else out there is getting bent over? Lets hear you speak now

Man i'm getting ripped off here so badly and I have a pending refund that I'm waiting to receive. Like you bad customer service, only when I said I couldn't get their payments to work did they reply and then they simply wanted to get the money off me.
