    Bought gems and went to my beta account

    I talked to Stanley but he hasn't reply back in almost a week. Will it be better to do a charge back than rebuy them or how much longer do I have to wait? The VIP rewards will end in 4 days.

    yes and no luck. I told him that. He said his tech team will move them over. After a few days I messaged back asking ETA they will be moved and no reply in almost a week.
