Didn't recieve Beginner's Rewards

Hello, i was wondering if i could get some help with an issue i had concerning Beginner's rewards?

I defeated The Horseman, for day 5, in time. Long before the timer ran out. But did not recieve my rewards, and now it says the quest is expired?

Is there any way i could get my rewards? Because i did complete the quest o.o So i should be able to claim them. I have a printscreen showing that i defeated the boss if that's needed.

The original day 5 quest was to craft a chest guard. As many pointed out there was a high random factor involved, so thankfully Tynon changed it.

However, there seems to be a lot of players completing The Horseman and not getting their beginners rewards for doing so. Hopefully it's a small relief to know you're not alone. Since there is an issue I have faith Tynon will sort it for you. What I can't do is give a timescale as I'm not employed by them.

Yeah, i noticed that. I'm also glad that they changed it just so we had to defeat the horseman xD Would've taken a lot of time and tries otherwise.

How do we make sure that they are aware of the problem and is there any way to find out when we will get our rewards? I took a screen scrape that shows that I defeated the Horseman (grayed out with 2 stars and plaguebringer available) and tat I can not claim the reward (the beginners window with the claim button grayed out). I have spent over $100 supporting the game and I do expect to get the rewards that I am entitled to.

My day 5 expired. I sure hope that I will get my goodies soon. I have spent too much money on the game to have to put up with missing 110 Gems, 600,000 Coins, 300,000 Credits, and a Level 2 Emerald. As the game says it is worth $185. I either want my goodies or the equivalent in gems so that I can buy them in the game, your choice.

I had finished the last beginners quest when the server crashed and I couldn't get back on to collect. now the server is back up and running and the beginners icon is gone. not impressed.
