Getting booted from server every 5-10 min.

Over the past three days I've barely been able to play the game because I'm booted from the server every 5-10 min. and have to refresh. I have cleared my cache and browsing history many times and tried three different browsers. Today, at the tail end of Cerebrus I was booted and had to completely log back in. When I finally got in, Cerebrus was over and I don't think I received any of my rewards (I was in 6th or 7th place when I got booted). If I can't get any help with this issue, I'll be forced to request my money back and quit the game. Any help would be appreciated.

There have been connection problems with Tynon, which have or in the process of being fixed. I wish I can tell more but that's all the information I know. Hopefully it will improve for you soon.

I can tell you that the connection problems have not been fixed as I have been booted 4 times in the last 10 min. Perhaps it's time for the tech people to find new careers 'cause they suck at what they are doing!
