same problem...baal fight glitched very significantly today.

I had a thread about this too and it was also deleted...guess developers are embarrassed that they shouldn't have gone live yet

says preparing to fight stuck at 9% for pretty much everyone on the server, had 100% boost i now have none. Wasted 2 million credits and 10 gems. Refreshed over 20 times cleared everything in browser, i know it's not me as people are posting in world chat saying the same thing, please at least give stuff back.

Boopsie <VALKYRIE> FIRE. Bow of Athena server.. same think.. glitched.. loading stuck at 9% some guild members either got sent back to Aerie or stuck on load screen.. wasted time and effort for glitch.. :|

Hello all, I would like to post here to let you know that the design team is aware of the issue and is working on it. I would like to ask that everyone please be patient, I understand that there is a level of frustration here, and I'm not going to stop you from venting that frustration. Hey guys sorry about this. I know its frustrating when you're trying to boost and get your loot! We noticed this happening during the event and our tech team was monitoring and is now analyzing the log and looking for the cause, so they can get it fixed before the next event. Sorry for the disruption. We'll hope to have to it fixed very soon.

But u see who is going to give our gems/plans/rubies/gold/credit lost? what is our compensation for that? we buy gems with real money and then we loose it... this is just not headed the right direction..

agreed, I didn't spend money on a test run, this is live not beta anymore. If the game glitches and takes gems they need to be refunded. I spent a lot of time and spent money to achieve what I have.
