i am not the only one having trouble fighting baal today 6/23/13 i gem boosted 2 times thats 6 gems and it wont let me fight along with countless others , I WANT MY 6 GEMS back NOW . i am tired of losing out on things here and you guys do nothing to compemsate people for there lost time and money. I WANT A RESPONSE IMMEDIATELY AND GEMS BACK . thanks and hurry up with it , you guys have very poor customer service and responses and if this is the way its goin to be just like it is in evony i will no longer spend money with you in any game you make . i should have learned my lesson with evony but i thought you guys finally had done something right but i guess i was wrong .

I experienced problems too being stuck @ 9% for the majority of the Baal challenge... I boosted countless times with credits until I achieved 80%... credits that I bought with gems I purchased in addition to spending 12 gems in order to bypass the 30 sec wait timer.... I'd appreciate compensation in the form of gems for my loss... thank you in advance.

Everyone had the same problem. Almost everyone boosted their stats. It would only be more than far for a mini-package...

Hey guys sorry about this. I know its frustrating when you're trying to boost and get your loot! We noticed this happening during the event and our tech team was monitoring and is now analyzing the log and looking for the cause, so they can get it fixed before the next event. Sorry for the disruption. We'll hope to have to it fixed very soon.

Today about 1/2 way though the fight in the light realm of Athena the getting ready to fight bar stated getting stuck at 9%. The delay got progressively worse and at the end I was stuck for about a minute and a half when the fight ended. After when the screen went back to Aeries City the bar stayed on the screen above everything else, including the blacksmith screen.
