we have a guild on Dark Realm we had a limit of 50 members when we upgraded to lvl 2 it went down to 40 members...why???

Is it not suppose to go up...not down? I love this game but I am not happy about some of the issues I hope this can be resolved, because this could be an excellent game. Some issues are understandable, I can live with some small ones but when we can't get more guild members I feel that is a big issue.
